Please be aware that signs of wear are normal for vintage and pre-owned items. All sayo vintage items have been carefully sourced in Japan and are authentic.

All sales are final so please do not hesitate to reach out for questions ahead of your purchase. We will be more than happy to assist. 


SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of order.

Shipping costs 15USD for 1 item. Each additional item costs an additional 5USD. 

For example: 

1 item - 15USD 

2 items - 20USD 

3 items - 25USD

4 items - 30USD 

5 items - 35USD 

and so on.

 

All items will be sent through tracked air mail using DHL Express International. The tracking code will be provided to you. 

Please note that we ship from Japan. For customers outside of Japan, please expect international shipment times. Delivery usually takes 2-14 days, depending on the destination. 

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee, as actual delivery can vary due to factors that are out of our control such as carrier delays and unexpected events like severe weather, natural disasters, or high shipping volumes. 

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These are the buyer's responsibility, so please check with your country's customs office for details before purchasing.

RETURNS:

All purchases are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Key information including brand, size, condition is clearly visible in the pictures we provide for each item. Please note that some wear is to be expected from pre-owned items. 

We do not offer ‘Changed Mind’ Returns if you simply changed your mind about the purchase or if the item does not fit.
